Image as citation edit

- I agree that it is unusual, but I believe a photo works as a WP:PUBLISHED source for the purposes of WP:RS. Anyone can look at the statue and see his name chiseled in stone. --Slugger O'Toole (talk) 16:41, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
