Fair use rationale for Image:Boris abaoaqu.gif

Image:Boris abaoaqu.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Album title

The title of this article as well as every reference to this album were changed recently with the note ""Soundtrack" is one word and two-word version is a mistake in some translated sources; also fim title does not need quotes" I disagree, because regardless of whether or not it's an instance of a bad translation, it is the official name of the album and is printed on the packaging for every version. I don't believe it's Wikipedia's place to correct the grammar or spelling of the titles of things. Any thoughts? 152.135.148.124 (talk) 21:05, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
