Sir Richard Acland, 15th Baronet → Richard Acland —. No need for disambiguation; this is not Debrett's. Per WP:NCNT, Baronets should normally be at their plain names, because they are usually so called; this moderately prominent 1940's politician is certainly so called. Acland was very unlucky. When he left the Labour party, he resigned his seat so he could fight the resulting by-election as an independent.
