In Puerto Rico they call Pig's ear Cuajos. Cuajitos is a popular street vendor food found around the island and is most often served with boiled green bananas and blood sausage.
The section was inaccurate, so I deleted it. In Puerto Rico, the term "cuajo" is used both as slang for people's ears and as the name for a traditional dish of hog maws (not pig ears). It is understandable, though, how the contributor may have come to the wrong conclusion about to which part of the pig "cuajitos" are. I will move the text to the "Hog maw" page, where it applies.
