I'm not very knowledgeable on the court system, but under Relevant law, it states, "The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled in favor of the two women. In their ruling, the two judges wrote:...." The footnote credits the New York Court of Appeals. What happened to this group? It seems that they deleted themselves, but why?
