Nonthermal plasma in food processing edit

The application of nonthermal plasma in food proceessing is sufficiently different from the other topics in plasma(physics) that I thought it deserves its own entry. Results to date have shown some interesting results, but it is still very much a lab scale process, not even close to pilot scale. Kilogray 20:44, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I added a table that offers some classifications to sort out different types of nonthermal plasma technologies. Kilogray 18:59, 24 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Expanding applications to low pressure plasmas edit

The application section as such is biased towards atmospheric pressure plasmas. low pressure plasmas satisfy the criterion of having electrons with energies much larger than those of the neutrals. I propose including and linking to other applications, such as Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition. If there are no inconvenients, I will add them over the weekend. --Anglyan (talk) 03:41, 1 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
