Image:Killing Joke night time.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Europe

Was the track ‘Europe’ ever played live? I’m just curious as it’s one of my favourites, but it doesn’t appear on any of the live albums, unlike most of the rest of this album. Sorry, this isn’t a discussion point about the article... 91.107.93.225 (talk) 18:02, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

I imagine so like when the album first came out. it wasn't a single so it was a rare fill-in song for the album itself. idk. not sure --J miester25 (talk) 05:48, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
