No, creating a "reparative therapy supporters" category is an awful idea. Furthermore, if you want to add material about Cummings's support for reparative therapy, you should be prepared to find a better source - the New American is published by the John Birch Society, and it's fringe. It's no good. I've reverted it. You added, 'Cummings wrote, "Of the patients I oversaw who sought to change their orientation, hundreds were successful."' You just can't add an out of context quotation like that, when there's no indication of what it is based upon. It's also very inappropriate to describe Cummings as holding a "contrarian position" on conversion therapy, as it is not even clear what that is supposed to mean.
