What do you think about Mykel & Carli by Weezer, which is about two of their fans that died in a car crash on the way to their show?

Hi! First time commenting, hope I'm doing it the right way... I just wanted to say I don't see 2 songs from Chayanne "Yo te amo" which happens on a car accident on a tunnel and "Si nos quedara poco tiempo" which happens on a big accident, not sure the nature of it, but I'm pretty sure it involves various cars (including Chayanne's car) but might not be entirely a car accident, looks more like a bomb or earthquake I wouldn't know how to add them, so thanks in advance

Requested move

Third Eye Blind's "My Hit and run" from Out of the Vein, along with Alkaline Trio's "Fuck you Aurora" from Maybe I'll catch Fire should both be added.

Random, possibly irrelevant point, but the film clip for Meatloafs song, "Objects in the Rearview Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are" clearly shows a plane crash, theres no mention anywhere of a car crash. Just sayin'.Taker04 (talk) 12:10, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Car crash songs → List of car crash songs — - per WP:LISTNAME - I moved this from the uncontroversial moves, since it was moved to this name as the result of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of car crash songs per the page history. I have no opinion at this time, but did not think it would end up being uncontroversial. A new name 2008 (talk) 19:39, 22 June 2009 (UTC)

For accuracy, shouldn't it be List of English-language car crash songs? Or should the article carry a {{globalize}} tag? — AjaxSmack 03:08, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

Good point. I think the {{globalize}} tag would be best, in order to obviate any need for a separate "List of non-English-language car crash songs".

BTW I'm the original "uncontroversial moves" nominator - I've now looked at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of car crash songs, seems to me the 2007 move from "List of car crash songs" to "Car crash songs" was inappropriate, it's very clearly a standalone list and as long as that remains the case it should be named per WP:LISTNAME 58.8.13.201 (talk) 06:34, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

Death disc redirection

Why is this the page that users are sent to when they search for "Death disc" rather than Teenage tragedy song? This seems to be a subordinate concept to that broader article, but apparently others have already tried and failed to get rid of this article altogether. I just think that it makes more sense to redirect the phrase “death disc” to the more broadly defined article. giso6150 (talk) 18:58, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

Clarify

Is this meant to be "songs about a car crash" or "songs in which a car crash happens"? Weird Al's inclusion would indicate the latter, because if that song's about a car crash then Poltergeist is about TV. Sensei Le Roof (talk) 16:15, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
