Madman bot found content on a website, that was previously copied from a list that was created in Wikipedia, and subsequently removed from it. It's original authors are Wikipedia users.

Copyright problem? edit

The content on the NFC website appears to have been added there on 16 March 2012. The site is clearly marked with a copyright "© 2012 TalkNFC.com" notice. There is no mention there of the content having been copied from Wikipedia. The content of this Wikipedia article was added on 30 March 2012, so on the face of it, this appears to be a clear copyright violation. On the other hand, the duplicated content seems to be the list of devices. While the facts are not copyright, the arrangement of those facts can be considered to be copyright. Without evidence that the original source was a previous Wikipedia article (unfortunately, simply asserting that this is the case is not enough), I suggest that the solution would be to reorder the list or to present the facts in a different manner.--CharlieDelta (talk) 05:54, 5 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Found it. :) --Moonriddengirl (talk) 22:50, 21 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Missing device edit

The ThinkPad Yoga briefly had NFC option on the Lenovo UK shop website. I have the model with NFC but not sure whether it's worth adding it or not. --Alexmepal talk 20:19, 12 May 2014 (GMT)

I saw that Samsung has 11 NFC printers is one http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/printers/SL-C1860FW/XAA also 6 home sound http://www.samsung.com/us/video/home-audio/WAM550/ZA further they make 37 NFC enabled cameras with wifi http://www.samsung.com/us/photography/digital-cameras/EV-NX3000BOIUS is one. Are their going to be categories of any of these items? Remove this as needed :) Msg4real (talk) 17:21, 14 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Bad Formatting edit

The article had some additions and the col spans were not correct and there was a missing | and |- , so I fixed it... --Msg4real (talk) 20:56, 06 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Apple iPhone 6 edit

I'm not really sure if iPhone 6 should be on this list. There's a chip installed, but it's restricted so that it can only be used for payment options offered by Apple. Bjurran (talk) 16:09, 19 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
