Deletion of this list - moving conferences to their own articles edit

This is the only list like this among list of high schools per state. To match the others, the intent will be to move each conference to its own article, and eventually delete this list.

The steps will be to remove the tables for conferences that already have articles, leaving the link to the main article; remove the tables for each conference as articles are created; once each conference has an article, delete this list. Some of the citations do not confirm the information presented (i.e., MSHSAA doesn't list the conference for any school), so it may take awhile to complete this task.
