Third Sector? edit

Why is the Kominato Railway called "third sector"? I have never seen this line among the third sector railways. Sources? Oliver Mayer (talk) 13:08, 29 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

It looks like that crept in a few years ago and remained unnoticed. I have changed the introductory statement to "private railway" as the company still appears to be part of the Keisei Group and not under public or third-sector operation. --DAJF (talk) 04:41, 30 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
