Spelling edit

"Juiblex" isn't an alternate spelling - it's the only correct spelling. "Jubilex" is a common error, but appears nowhere in official D&D products.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.82.65.54 (talkcontribs) 02:08, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

Some brief google searching seems to support this view. Perhaps rename article to Juiblex, and make Jubilex redirect to it, instead. --Ch'marr 02:10, 1 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
I believe it was spelt both ways in the 1st edition of the Monster Manual. I no longer have the book, so I cannot confirm it though. Deadlock 14:07, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
I just checked, and its spelt Juiblex in the first edition AD&D Monster Manual (this edition). --Muchness 20:16, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Ah, well. Must be my memory playing tricks. It's certainly a well-spread error, though. Must have come from somewhere... Deadlock 11:55, 26 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

A couple of folks I used to game with would pronounce it "Jubilex". So I'd say it like it was French, "Joo-ee-blay". Orcus only knows why... :) --Ebyabe 00:58, 8 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
In the AD&D first edition Monster Manual 2, the index lists the entry as "Jubilex" (and points to the Monster Manual entry). 24.113.103.172 (talk) 20:31, 4 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
I would chalk that up to being a typo. 65.126.152.254 (talk) 21:54, 4 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
