I have again watched this on youtube, and, yes, I see Segura trotting toward 1st base, but now I notice he glanced back and saw a fielder chasing after him so he picked up the pace a little, and THEN the 1st base coach signalled for Segura to stop at 1st. @NukeiCat:Don't add incorrect content. The 2019 season won't start until April 2019. (Or is it late March?) Either way, we don't know for sure that he'll suit up for the Phillies.
