Hiyo in Heroes of the Pacific edit
In one of the campaigns (Mariana Islands), a carrier by the name of Hiyo is the main target once you reach the Japanese fleet.
Sinking the USS Meredith edit
I was looking on Combinedfleet.com, and the record for Hiyo there makes no mention of the attack on Meredith. However, the entry for Zuikaku and Shokaku says that those two ships were the ones that launched the airstrike that sank Meredith. Sister ship Junyo edit

Hitaka edit
Edward L. Beach Jr. misidentifies this ship as the Hitaka in Submarine!, and I've seen that name floating around elsewhere. Should that discrepancy be documented in the article? Mackensen (talk) 23:40, 12 January 2016 (UTC)

detail in the lede edit
This article is rated as A class which means that it's been reviewed by at least 3 people for prose quality, compliance with the MOS, and factual errors. If they'd thought that the current level of detail in the lede was wrong, they'd have mentioned it during the review.
