I'm sorry I don't know how to edit wikipedia, but there is an error here. Nebuta is the festival in Aomori city and Neputa is the festival in Hirosaki city. There is a difference. The rule to follow for the naming of articles on Japanese cities and municipalites is stated in Wikipedia:MOS-JA#Place_names as city, prefecture. This gives a uniform format for hundreds of Japanese cities, towns, villages and districts across Wikipedia. --MChew (talk) 08:09, 30 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
