Longevity edit

Besides the 26 seasons, I believe Blanda at 342 games holds No. 1 position for longevity among QB,WR and RB (Rice next at 303). Next QB Earl Morrall at 255 games.--Billymac00 02:20, 16 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Is longevity among QB/WR/RBs a commonly-tracked statistic? I can certainly see the use of it (positions that get tackled a lot), but I just haven't heard of it before. If you can provide independent documentation of Blanda's place on the list, I'd say add it here and maybe also to the NFL records (individual) page, if it is an "official" commonly tracked statistic. Jeff Feagles has only played in three decades, not fours. He played in the 80s 90s and the 2000s. He retired after last season so he wont play this decade. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.98.209.148 (talk) 02:22, 30 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

While it's considered the "2009 NFL season", technically he did play in 4 different decades. The last game of his career was January 3, 2010, in a 44-7 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in which he punted 10 times. AJC3fromS2K (talk) 06:33, 27 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

picture edit

ok, I know that NFL pictures aren't public domain, but is there an actual picture of him, rather than a sculpture? My first impression when I opened this page was that I was looking at Socrates, haha. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.188.105.226 (talk) 05:32, 22 December 2006 (UTC).Reply

Possible error? edit

The info box on the right says he was an All-pro selection twice, while listing three seasons in brackets. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.135.100.105 (talk) 16:50, 29 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
