Usage in Yaoi? edit

This term is mentioned in the Seme/Uke section of yaoi here: Yaoi#Seme_and_uke. It is unconformed and looking for sourcedness. If anyone knows of it and can confirm it it would be appreciated. Upon confirmation, linking to the Yaoi article in this article would be a good idea, but not until it is confirmed. Tyciol (talk) 02:46, 8 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Theme in anime? edit

The 'lower slays higher' is obviously a theme that can take place in a broad variety of media, such as stories where an underdog defeats someone much more powerful. Be it through trickery, extreme bravery, self-sacrifice, surprise, etc. For any Bleach fans (do not read if not up to date, spoiler) Rukia vs #9 would be a good example of this. Questionable content in article edit

I am Japanese. Gekokujo is not a concept or philosophy, it is a word. It means someone in a lower position overcoming someone of a higher position. That is all. R koiwai (talk) 01:27, 10 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
