verifiability

edit

With this edit's summary, it seems that Opencooper (talk · contribs) is accusing me of 'owning' this article. However, according to the English Wikipedia policy on ownership of content, "No one 'owns' content (including articles or any page at Wikipedia)." I was, instead, requesting verification of claims made IAW the verifiability policy which says, "Attribute all quotations, and any material whose verifiability is challenged or likely to be challenged, to a reliable, published source using an inline citation."

It's never my intention to provoke the ire of other contributors, and I always try to be clear, succinct, and in compliance with my edits. As such, I'll explain this further edit: it's merely an attempt to fully-format the new citation, help prevent link rot, and easily catalogue all used sources. It's not intended to malign the appreciated contribution of Opencooper, but to enhance it. I wish for neither they nor anyone else to take affront. — Fourthords | =Λ= | 19:46, 29 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
