Midrash Rabbah to Esther and Midrash Megillat Esther ? edit

The section Esther in rabbinic literature from the 1906 Jewish Encyclopedia article Esther lists Midrash Rabbah to Esther and Midrash Megillat Esther (ed. by Horwitz in his "Sammlung Kleiner Midrashim," Berlin, 1881) as apparently separate works.
