Merge edit

I find it absurd that the main article is one sentence long, and there is a separate article listing characters from the show, especially since this is a one-hour show. These articles are very worthy merge candidates, IMHO. --nihon 21:38, 16 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Done. I figured I may as well no one was really paying attention to this article. :-) --nihon 06:13, 29 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Cleanup edit

I've never seen this show, so I have no clue what it's about. I don't have any info on the characters either. The character sections need to be expanded greatly or else collapsed into one or two sections. --nihon 06:13, 29 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Erm, I don't know how wiki is about spoilers, but if spoilers are not allowed, this article has like, way too many spoilers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.187.189.19 (talk) 02:40, 16 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia contains spoilers. If you don't want to know what happens, don't read Wikipedia :-) –anemoneprojectors– 20:30, 16 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

What Does This Mean? edit

"Chinko Drill

An easily identifiable character with a drill for his masculinity, like Tetsuo."

Tetsuo from Akira? I wasn't aware they talked about his "masculinity" to any extent in the film or manga. Can anyone back up this information, or at least correct it? --UberMan5000 02:06, 25 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's been a while since I saw it, but I assume it's a reference to the film Tetsuo: The Iron Man, and not the Akira character. I've changed the link to reflect that. Kelvingreen 17:01, 25 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

FLCL reference. edit

Am I the only one who noticed that Dead Leaves and episode 5 of FLCL, Brittle Bullet, have many strikingly similar scenes? Such as the fight scene in the prison and the barbor shop, in Dead Leaves and FLCL respectively. There are many other scenes throught FLCL that are very similar to scenes in Dead Leaves, such as the catapilar (Dead Leaves) and the Terminal Core (FLCL). I hope I'm not just losing my mind. --Tonku 14:51, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

US Airing edit

Is the US Airing section pertinent? I mean TV shows and movies are on TV all the time. I don't see why its a significant statement to say when it was on the Scifi channel. I think this information should be removed or at least put in the Released section on the right-hand side. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Corvato (talkcontribs) 04:32, 29 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

I would say they airing on a cable TV channel is not a notable subject WP:NOTE and therefore should be deleted. Corvato (talk) 17:17, 4 February 2008 (UTC)CorvatoReply

put in a mark for that part of the article for deleteion, but if i did it incorrectly (which i probably did) i would appreciate it being fixxed up. Thanks. Corvato (talk) 17:28, 4 February 2008 (UTC) CorvatoReply
