I would question whether david fernandez has ever played for spain. Can this be confirmed by reference? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.68.42.13 (talk) 17:20, 25 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

– The person David Fernández isn't more important that others David Fernández. --Relisted. jcc (tea and biscuits) 11:22, 9 June 2013 (UTC) Vivaelcelta {talk  · contributions} 11:22, 24 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • I'm surprised to say this, but oppose. I wonder if any of the other David Fernández articles could survive an AFD. This is a good move proposal as far as WP:NATURAL goes, but it's really unnecessary. Red Slash 16:52, 25 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Support - there are numerous notable articles by this name and no evidence of a WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. It makes sense to move this page and move the disambiguation page. GiantSnowman 08:44, 5 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Weak oppose per Red Slash. This individual has a(n admittedly weak) claim to primary topic, with 1118 views last month compared to 443 for the others combined. --BDD (talk) 21:06, 5 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Don't be fooled by page view stats, how do you know people didn't click on/type in 'David Fernández' in error, trying to find one of the many other articles by that name? GiantSnowman 09:15, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that's a very real possibility. But even assuming every viewer of every other article last month went to David Fernández first, that's still 675 independent views for this page, or more than every other page combined. I admit it's close, hence the weak vote. --BDD (talk) 16:20, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
