IMHO, this well meets the General Notability guidelines. The NY Times obit and the NYSBA Health Law Journal review clearly demonstrate this. These two sources alone contain enough information to significantly expand the article.--Arg342 (talk) 19:17, 14 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
