Name at birth

Cornell [1] or Cornel [2] Friedmann? Lars T. (talk) 20:29, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

Cornell is in hungarian Kornél, when a text is translated to english (french, etc.) sometimes is translated the name too - I don't know why. So the birthname of Cornell Capa was Friedmann Kornél. Second question: Friedmann Kornél (normal, official hungarian form) or Kornél Friedmann (if we speek in english, etc. we use this form...)

But in the English Wikipedia we put the first name first in relating the birth names of Hungarians. To be consistent, I changed this one. See also his brother Robert Capa and George Soros.--JohnnyB256 (talk) 14:17, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

Add structure

Consider replacing "Life and Works" with multiple sections to accommodate a larger amount of information. This would meet the Wikipedia guidelines requiring "a system of heirarchical section headings."

    i.  Life - bio type info, birth, death, family, etc.
    ii. Career - chronological explanation of his career as a photographer/photojournalist
    iii. Notable Works (would be a great place to add some photos)
    iv.  Awards recieved
    v.  Contributions - ICP, Awards given in his honor, maybe some quotes from some notable artists and photojournalists about the           influence he has had on their work.
