In the History section, please replace what is in there currently with the below - it now shouldn't be picked up as a copyright violation:

1971 - The year of incorporation of Contemporary Perfumers Ltd by Jack Pickthall’s children, Terry and Michael. The first site opens in Witham, United Kingdom.
1980 - CPL Aromas acquires Barrington Hall and establishes it as its Sales and Creative Centre.
1988 - CPL Aromas launches its Aroma Ingredients Division.
1989 - CPL Aromas creates its Flavours Division.
1990 - The company establishes its factory in Brixworth as its manufacturing site for Europe. CPL Aromas Far East is launched.
1991 - CPL Aromas Gmbh is started in Germany. The company buys and merges H.E. Daniel Ltd. CPL Aromas Inc is started in the United States.
1992 - CPL Aromas Latin America is created with a base in Colombia to manage the whole of Spanish-speaking America.

2007 - In Hong Kong, CPL Aromas Far East opens an automated production facility, and starts to cover other Far East operations.
2009 - The EcoBoost tehcnology is unveiled by CPL Aromas, to reduce the impact of perfumes on the environment at a comparable cost by creating fragrances which can be used at up to a tenth of the volume of regular fragrances.
2013 - CPL Aromas India moved to their Mumbai's new facility.
2015 - CPL opens a production facility in the UAE. The AromaCore technology, to improve the persistance and efficacy of fragrances, is launched.
2016 - The new Creative Centre of the company is launched in the UK's Innovation House. The new AromaFusion technology which guarantees uniqueness in every fragrance of its portfolio, is created. CPL Aromas UK moves to its new headquarters in Bishops Stortford, Herts. The new Fragrance-Focused Performance Center is launched in Dubai.
2017 - CPL Aromas undergoes a global rebranding and unveils its new tagline "Ignite the Imagination"
2018 - CPL Aromas sets foot in Spain with the purchase of dM fragrances and establishes CPL Aromas Spain, a fully-fledged operation in EU.

Hi Alejandro.massalin, and thank you for your suggestions. However, I am rejecting this edit request for two reasons. First, I would prefer this to be written in paragraph form rather than listing each event by year. Second, some of the phrasing in this draft is rather promotional. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising, marketing or public relations, but the purpose of your proposed text is clearly to win over prospective customers and investors. Promotional phrases such as "guarantees uniqueness in every fragrance of its portfolio" and "unveils its new tagline "Ignite the Imagination"" do not fit with the encyclopedia's writing style. Hi, please change the History section with the below. It was done following the requests of several editors. I have eliminated all promotional aspects and just left the factual parts. It follows exactly the same format as existing one.

Concur with the Theroadislong. And to expand on what I said earlier, it's good that you removed some of the most promotional wordings. But you should also consider whether the overall effect of the piece is promotional. The problem with a lot of corporate articles is they focus only on the company's expansion, so it's just listing new acquisitions, new products, new marketing strategies in an effort to convince readers that the company is succeeding. Instead, a corporate article should tell the history of the company in a manner that's not so pointed. Best, Altamel (talk) 16:31, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
