Chart added for medical cases edit
Today I added the chart showing the number of cases and deaths in Vermont. To edit that data, you need to edit Template:2019–20_coronavirus_pandemic_data/United_States/Vermont_medical_cases_chart and manually enter the data into the table. I am currently maintaining a spreadsheet locally on my computer to do the calculations and enter the data. Help needed to retroactively add content to the Timeline section edit
I started updating this specific page after the pandemic was already underway in Vermont and so the Timeline area is relatively sparse. If someone wants to go back and add in some information about the overall timeline, that would be helpful. New page for info from Vermont Department of Health edit
The VT Dept of Health now has a new page with specific counts: https://www.healthvermont.gov/response/coronavirus-covid-19/current-activity-vermont This seems to be part of the redesign of their Coronavirus / COVID-19 info page. - Dyork (talk) 16:38, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
Renaming underway from "2019-2020 corona virus pandemic" to "COVID-19 pandemic" edit
As you may notice, the page name changed overnight. This is a the result of a "requested move" (RM) that [had vigorous discussion. Ultimately the decision was to drop the year from the front of the name and to move to using "COVID-19". The page name has been changed by Wikipedia admins. Now what needs to be changed are some of the titles within templates and other references within text. I will do some of it as I have time to do so. On Dec 2, 2020, State of Vermont started including "probable" cases edit
On Dec 2, 2020, the Vermont Department of Health Daily Update indicated that they are now including "probable" cases in the case counts. This means that the numbers will now be higher than they were before. It also means that the historical data in at least one of the charts is no longer exactly accurate, as they have retroactively changed their charts. - Dyork (talk) 01:29, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
