For those not in the know, a “jump off" is a casual sexual encounter.
He also said: "the problem is ho's aren't what they used to be. If ho game would step up, cats wouldn't get distracted."
These things are notable, given recent events.

- Breitbart news is not at all a reliable source. Fox News is questionable at best. If multiple reliable sources cover these tweets, then they will be notable enough for inclusion in the article.
