Please reconcile the founding date in the first paragraph with the founding date in the "Infobox dot-com company". The company was founded in 2000 as a meta-search, and converted to a marketplace in 2003. Here is the wayback machine of biblio in 2000: [1] and the Buncombe County registar of deeds granted the use of the name on October 6th, 2000 in book 2351 page 347.
