Reorganization and Expansion edit

I have, in accordance with a personal project of mine to expand thin articles of interest on Irish public issues, expanded this article. I have to return to add citations etc and a few tidy ups however, any help with this would be appreciated as I'm new to wikipedia.

If anyone queries the somewhat odd numbering system I used please take a look at the actual report: http://www.mulley.net/BarrTribunalReport/BarrTribunalReportIndex.html the chapter 8 that says it's conclusions are really conclusions about the siege and Carthys life situations. I slotted these into the other sections and the report is structured in an odd way hence my numbering system.

Any help with this would be appreciated. I'd just urge people to read the original content and try to avoid bias, this was a far more grey and 3D situation than was presented in the media and it's about the death of a human being, so be sensitive to that and to the truth.
