does anyone know if his character on the show, ryan, is jewish?--Ncusa367 21:45, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- "Howard"? Doubt it, although "Halpert" is Jewish. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.94.42.235 (talk) 00:05, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
- Michael Howard is Jewish though, so who knows? I'm not aware of any references being made to Jim Halpert having Jewish stock either, although I accept that the name may be.--MartinUK (talk) 01:14, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
- My dad's name is Howard and he's Jewish. Though I don't remember them ever saying his Character is Jewish so we have to assume he isn't untill otherwise stated.--173.74.55.169 (talk) 04:31, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
Cadbury Creme Egg edit
The Cadbury Creme egg thing is funny, but is it really worthy of being mentioned in a brief encyclopedia article? Oudeis2002 — Preceding undated comment added 17:26, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
Addition? edit
Would it be worth adding that he was quoted in Time Magazine in 1989? November 27, 1989 issue, page 82, in an article about his father. I found it in a copy I had kept, but it can be found online at http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,959138-2,00.html (in the last paragraph). RScott13 (talk) 23:20, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

Does anybody else get the feeling that this was written by Novak's brother Jesse? 98.114.95.59 (talk) 03:07, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Bibliography edit
I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. Feel free to continue. Sunwin1960 (talk) 03:55, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
Career 2023-Present edit
The second half of this section seems very subjective and doesn't match the tone of the article. 2600:6C5C:6C00:A90:8476:E685:DC09:B01D (talk) 10:31, 29 March 2023 (UTC)
