Title/classification edit

So, this album is a bit different than most, so we're in some uncharted waters a bit. Just to get ahead of a few issues I believe we'll see eventually:

  1. I'm not 100% certain Atum: A Rock Opera In Three Acts is the correct placement of the article, but I currently prefer it over ATUM: A Rock Opera In Three Acts per WP:ALLCAPS and over Atum (album) per WP:NATDAB.
  2. Additionally, as far as I can tell, even though its 3 separate releases of 11 songs each across 2 separate years...it's still being classified as one album, not 3. That's how sourcing I've seen show it so far at least. That may change though. Sergecross73 msg me 17:51, 20 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
The primary sources are mostly using all caps, but I think that's relatively unimportant matter. They did the same for CYR but here and reliable sources usually use Cyr. The three acts together are for sure considered a single cohesive album by the band, but some outlets and RIAA certifications (if there will be any) will probably count it as three based on the volume of songs.
@Sergecross73 I did want to ask: Are we sure Sumerian is involved with this album? I know they were supposed to be originally, but their website and social media accounts haven't said a word about the album or new single. I heard a rumor that Sumerian released an unapproved version of Cyr to the dismay of Corgan, and I'm guessing that's why they aren't involved anymore. I don't know, actually. I wrote most of the current article, but someone else added that part in afterwards. I didn't question it because I thought I had read that in passing, but it could be that I was thinking of Cyr. By all means, let's remove if we can't actually confirm. Rating edit

User:Sergecross73, why do you think this doesn't merit a C rating? ―Justin (koavf)TCM 18:49, 14 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, didn't even notice that. I was just trying to illustrate that I didn't think the sources should be listed like that because they were largely already implemented. I'll restore that part. Sergecross73 msg me 19:10, 14 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Reception edit

It seems that this article could really benefit from a reception section with some reviews. 86.6.72.156 (talk) 16:08, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Agreed, go for it! Sergecross73 msg me 16:09, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Box-set songs removal edit

Anonymous editor(s) keep removing that part of the track list, without any explanation. Is there something contentious here, or is it just misguided or vandalism? Sergecross73 msg me 13:48, 4 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
