7 digit dialing edit

Kansas city has not had 7 digit dialing since the 90's. Probably before the 660 split. Kansas and Missouri can call each other as if they were in the sane LATA/RATE CENTER dispite being in different stares. Hence 816/913 is a psudo overlay separated by a state line. This is part of the reason the city itself hasn't needed an overlay within the rate center. Patrick (talk) 02:35, 21 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
