Changed the photo caption edit

- From that page, parole is mainly given to DC-sentenced inmates. The statement

Medal edit
We should add the fact that Montes was awarded a medal by the Cuban government (although she was not allowed to take this medal to the U.S.). 173.88.246.138 (talk) 22:44, 27 May 2023 (UTC)
