Commander's list required edit

G'day, finding a comprehensive source for this has eluded me. As such, when I rewrote the article last year I went with mentioning the notable ones in text for World War I and World War II, mainly. The interwar years and postwar years aren't that well covered in reliable sources, IMO, so I don't think this will be possible.
