I came across this article as part of the new pages patrol. I removed the navbox at the bottom because it was empty- as explained in the edit summary. I also made some minor edits to the grammar- structuring it into full sentences etc. It could really do with a little expansion, with more context for people unfamiliar with the subject, making use of inline citations where they're needed.
