RMZ Foundation is a non-profit organization based in India and founded in 2015. It was founded by Anu Menda. The Foundation focuses on sustainable innovation, a platform to uplift marginalised communities, and a sanctum fot artistic expression.[1][2]

The foundation focuses on creating sustainable communities for marginalized sections of society through its affordable and social housing initiatives, namely UrbanUp and WeRise. UrbanUp has impacted 700 beneficiaries with 126 housing units delivered. WeRise has also made a substantial impact on over 300 beneficiaries across two villages, aligning with the foundation's mission to foster sustainable and inclusive communities.[3]
Additionally, the RMZ Foundation actively engages in sustainability initiatives such as water conservation, clean energy, innovation, and outreach programs, including healthcare for women. These efforts contribute to the foundation's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, with the goal of developing the country's carbon-neutral [[real] asset portfolio.[4]
In 2017, the foundation embarked on an artistic journey by installing five large artworks in public spaces. Over time, it has curated a collection of more than 55 innovative sculptural pieces by contemporary artists, aiming to inspire and captivate audiences in novel ways. This initiative reflects a deeper commitment to engaging with and commissioning artists to positively influence communities through art, contributing to cities' urban and cultural revitalization.[5]
