Queen of Hearts (talk) 06:31, 9 May 2024 (UTC)Military of Brunei template edit
Hi, can I ask why you keep removing {{Military of Brunei}} from articles which are very clearly and significantly is relevant to the military of Brunei? Regards. Militum professio scriniarii (talk) 15:50, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
- Please use navigational templates appropriately where the article could be found within the template. The intention is not to jam as many similar items into one page as you can. Applying this template to biography articles is unnecessary and adds extra weight to it. My main point is that yes, the person is "clearly and significantly relevant to the military of Brunei," but not to the article you've added the template to (as can be previously seen on several military football players, including Yusof Matyassin). Pangalau (talk) 01:22, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
- Erm, respectfully, I did NOT "jam as many similar items into one page as you can" (regarding navboxes) in the recent military leaders biographies! I simply added ONE navbox, namely {{Military of Brunei}}, to biographical articles of Bruneian people who have made significant service to the Bruneian military. As per the WP advice article on navboxes, this is a justifiable use - because it guides the reader to other articles in the same field which might be of interest. Regards. - All of the linked items found within the navigational template could already be found inside their respective biographies. From this, the templates become unnecessary for them to be used. To add on to this, I would be more likely to accept templates if the article you wish to place the template in is found inside the template itself (which they are not). See here as an example: Randy George, Jocelyn Paul, and Simon Stuart (general). Pangalau (talk) 10:16, 10 May 2024 (UTC)

Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces edit
Hello again. I noticed you created a draft article for the Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces, but was not moved to the main-space due to lack of third-party independent citations. I have now considerably expanded your draft, and added many independent citations. Accordingly, I was bold and moved it to the main article space. I hope you approve. Best regards. - Hello, and thank you for adding additional references and information to the page. In addition to restructuring the page, keep up the good work! Although it concerns me a little to have it published so soon as I felt it being reviewed first would have been a safe move, Despite this, all seems well. Pangalau (talk) 17:19, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
