Fails the criteria of having been published before: the site linked is a blog. Besides, with it being a blog and the photo featuring so clearly visible the logo of Key, it can very well be considered a copyright violation. Of course that we don't have authority over that blog to tell them to remove the photo, but surely we can't claim fair use of an image that is a copyright violation in it's original site of upload to begin with Benito Sifaratti (talk) 02:12, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That is not true. That blog is run by Visual Art's, the company Key resides under. You can see this in the name of the page at the top where Visual Art's is written in katakana: ビジュアルアーツ; this also appears above the large Motto logo at http://motto.product.co.jp/. So Visual Art's had all the right in the world to display the picture on a blog they are affiliated with.--十八 02:20, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
