The uploader is probably acting in good faith since he "took" this photo, however it's still just a screenshot of a copyrighted TV show, so clarly non-free and I don't think a suitable rationale could be made to justify it's current use per WP:NONFREE either. - Delete - odd one this but is seems clear. This is a photo of a framed painting. While the painting is of a local god, whose generic image will not be affected by copyright, this particular representation is the work of an artist. As an artwork the painting is covered by copyright and the photo is a derivative work.
