Scharnhorst class battleships edit

Germany's first class of battleships built after the disarmament of Versailles, these two ships saw active service careers during WWII, including a successful raid into the Atlantic, the destruction of the aircraft carrier HMS Glorious, and the Channel Dash. Scharnhorst was sunk at the Battle of North Cape and Gneisenau met her end as a bombed-out blockship in Danzig. This is the second to last ship class before my master plan is complete. These will all eventually go to FAC as part of said master plan. Parsecboy (talk) 00:19, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support And for what it's worth I really like the fully expanded unified version as opposed to the (subtopic) model. Unlike some of the other topics that use those the subtopic articles here really directly fall under the main topic (Battleships of Germany). Plus it sure looks pretty/impressive!
