Reason: This was one of those images that originally passed its FP nomination when the criteria were not as stringent as it is now. Please view in full size: There are a lot of jpeg artifacts and noise in the clouds, it lacks sharpness, and it's not particularly strong color-wise. All of these facts are more significant due to the image's size, which is just barely above the required dimensions. Smaller images typically hide sharpness and jpeg issues, but they're just as noticeable here.
