Original – A variety of corals photographed while snorkelling in shallow water on Flynn Reef, part of the Great Barrier Reef near Cairns

Reason: I'm a bit hesitant to nominate this, because underwater pics are technically difficult, but I think this one came out really well, and it is emblematic of the colour and diversity of reef corals. I just noticed how much external use this is getting, so I thought maybe it would be of value as an FP as well.
