Recent additions to this stub article just made the article worse, in terms of contradiction and tone. It can probably be cleaned up pretty easily, but I don't know what belongs and what doesn't, having no idea about the grafitti world. –Dvandersluis 16:52, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's been neatened up. Tagged as needing verify (especially about current state and when article refers to).
