Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Lebedev

Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Lebedev (born 14 August 1943) is a Russian lawyer and jurist who has been Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Russia since creation of the Court. Previously, he was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Russian SFSR.[1]

Circa 2013, he was treated at the 37 Military Hospital of the Ghana Armed Forces in Accra, Ghana and expressed gratitude for his treatment after release.[2]
