Please revoke TP access for the editor just blocked for legal threat

Their latest posts did not repeat the legal threat, so I'm going to refrain from removing TPA for now so that they can read my most recent post explaining the situation; however, if the personal attacks continue from here on out, removing TPA will be done in short order.
