This article does a great job in giving a wide variety of content on the topic, as well as still being detailed in the material that it covers. The only area that was slightly lacking in the article was the summary paragraph. It did not adequately describe the rest of piece. Also a slightly advanced chemistry background would be required to understand this article but I believe that is the target audience. More definitions incorporated into the work would still improve the average users experience while reading this article. Overall great job. EVRow (talk) 14:28, 24 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

The article is well structured and written using technical lexicon and in an objective, detached manner which is the proper one in this case. The Section regarding the properties of sucrose esters needs further classification, that is it needs a "Physical Properties" sub-section; what you have written is good and enters in the "Chemical Properties" category. Given the fact that you created this article from scratch, you must also give a few examples of esters of sucrose, maybe simply mentioning them and using hyperlinks to specific Wiki pages. An image with the VSEPR scheme or geometry of the sucrose esters, with a radical added for generalization will suffice. Some parts of your grammar will need to be improved so keep in mind that (it is obvious for a reader that the one who wrote the piece is not a native English-speaker).Codrin Paul Oneci (talk) 14:41, 24 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

This is a very good start on a very specific topic--the challenge is to make it accessible enough for a relatively broad audience (with some general Chemistry background). One way to address this issue is to make sure that each subsection begins with a short paragraph overview to establish context (before moving into a numbered list, for example). Also include more general information in your introduction. Keep tone neutral throughout, taking care to avoid any statements that might suggest an opinion or position. It may also be useful to include a line or two in the opening lead that provides a bit more context on what a sucrose ester (and an ester itself) is. Do you have an images that might enhance your content? You may wish to check Wikimedia Commons for this. A few places throughout where the grammar/usage could be revised. I am obviously happy to help in this regard. Amyc29 (talk) 00:18, 26 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
