Now, about the user talk page, what you can do is go to the "Edit this page" tab on my user page and you will see the code that creates my page. Then you can highlight it, copy it and paste it on your own page. Then, you can modify it and arrange it to your own liking, like changing the center picture, or changing one of the six page links around the image.
