Bill, not Act, Law or Legislation. In any case, Westminster has the power to directly repeal Acts (and Bills) of the Scottish Parliament under the doctrine of Parliamentary sovereignty in general and section 28(7) of the Scotland Act 1998 in particular [1]. - If you want to make a point, please try to do so without resorting to insults.
- The Westminster Act did not explicitly repeal the Scottish Bill. The Supreme Court judgement declared a section of it "unconstitutional" as a result of the (retrospective) Westminster Act, so it remains for the Scottish Parliament to amend the Scottish Bill to make it amenable to Royal Assent. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 10:55, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
