I know you personally prefer for the production comapnies to be cited in the infobox, but I didn't "blank" the info or left info uneverified like in #2 on WP:DISRUPTSIGNS. As said in my appeal below, the companies were mentioned in the lead sentence so I moved the citation there so everything was still verified. IAmNMFlores (talk) 21:06, 10 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

It was a misunderstanding, I did not blank info, or leave info without sources for Monsters vs. Aliens. As I had stated on the edit summary for 19:10, 6 May 2024:

Citations for production/distributor put outside infobox; DreamWorks Animation is NOT a distribution company

Simply, I moved the citation(s) from the infobox to the lead which contained the same information. The citation was to verify the studio(s), distributor(s), and country, which were all stated in the intro sentence; my intention was to reduce the uses of the citation from three times separetely in the infobox, to once in the intro sentence thus not leaving the information cited unverified.

As seen in the changes I made, I forgot to add in the summary that I did replace a citation, <ref name="AFI"/>, as it contained multiple pieces of info that contradicted other sources, notably the inclusion of DreamWorks Animation as a distributor. The replacement, <ref name="NUM/>, was sourced already elsewhere in the article, and does contain the studio, distributor, and country info within. IAmNMFlores (talk) 01:25, 10 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
