I am aware I have a conflict of interest in publishing her page on Wikipedia and so am suggesting it for another editor to check and publish instead. I have ensured I focus on her notability, use applicable secondary sources, and remain neutral in my delivery to better help the Wikipedia user and abide by the regulations of publishing on this site.

If Westway is the founder of Wild Women on Top, you'll have to request a username change. We don't allow usernames that imply shared use, promotion, or general company names (see WP:ORGNAME). To request a username change, please go to WP:CHUS. Primefac (talk) 12:21, 8 May 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the helpful information Primefac, as I am leaving my position at Wild Women On Top using my name won't be relevant to the account in a few weeks. I will change the accounts name to Di Westaway as she has created the content and I am acting at her request.

Close, but if you're not Westaway then you can't use her name as your username. Even if she is the one who created the content, you're the one who is doing the editing! As a small note, make sure you sign all of your talk page requests with ~~~~ so people know who you are. Primefac (talk) 11:47, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
